Clarity Readiness Review
A human-reviewed operating process for room purpose, access, presentation, support, release, and closeout - not a certification or guarantee of launch readiness.
The review records conditions, exceptions, and ownership. It does not silently invite participants, publish documents, change permissions, or approve a release.
Define the diligence objective, room owner, intended participant types, review lanes, and support owner.
Review individual accounts, room membership, role scope, group assignments, participant visibility, and document inheritance.
Inspect structure, names, descriptions, covers, screening state, publication posture, and the external review experience.
Confirm view-only, watermark, download, request-only, expiration, and revocation decisions for each audience lane.
Name the Deal Team contact and access-review route for permission, document, agreement, and room-specific questions.
Record who reviews the room, who decides release, what remains open, and who owns revocation, export, retention, and closeout.
The evaluation uses sanitized product proof and a human review of fit, limitations, pricing, and setup; it does not create a live customer room or invite investors.
