Billing principles
No hidden feature tier.
Clarity Complete is one package with no feature-tier ladder.Monthly subscriptions renew monthly until canceled in the Stripe Customer Portal or through billing support.Annual subscriptions renew yearly and carry the same feature set at the advertised annual discount.Additional active rooms and 25 GB storage blocks are added as subscription quantity, with the current allowance visible in the billing dashboard.If payment fails, existing data remains available during the configured grace period, but new rooms, new uploads, and expansion actions may be blocked until billing is current.Cancellation does not immediately delete customer content; customers should export needed materials during the 30-day post-cancellation window before retention policies apply.

Refund positionWritten reviewRefund requests are reviewed through billing support. Unless a signed order states otherwise or law requires it, used subscription periods, launched rooms, completed exports, and added capacity are not automatically refundable.
Cancellation and export30-day export windowCancellation does not instantly delete customer content. Customers should export needed materials during the 30-day post-cancellation window before 90-day read-only retention review and closeout policies apply.
